History:

TechEn is a professional electrical and electronic engineering product company that provides solutions. TechEn offers you the engineering talent, resources, and strategic partnerships of a larger electrical and electronic engineering firm, plus the focused attention, agility, and responsiveness you’d expect from an internal team member. We’re big enough to get the job done and small enough to really listen to your needs.

Established in 1983, TechEn has extensive experience across multiple electrical and electronic engineering industries. We have developed electroni components with varied technologies, and have developed a broad understanding of our clients’ needs. Since first opening our doors, TechEn has completed over 400 engineering projects in most major industries. We have developed electronic components for more than 150 clients spanning North America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim.

TechEn is located just west of Boston, Massachusetts, within ten minutes driving time of the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90), Route I-95, and U.S. Route 1. Our 5,000 sq. ft. Engineering and R&D Center includes complete electrical and electronic engineering and software development facilities, production and assembly areas, as well as a fully-equipped electronics laboratory. We also maintain a sizable inventory of the latest electronic components on-site for prototyping and production purposes.
