Teamwork

TechEn is the perfect balance of both the resource-rich mega-engineering firm and the specialized skills and flexibility of an individual consultant. By maintaining a small-specialized team of experienced professionals, we are able to work with an efficiency that is unique within our field. We assist you by defining the process for your project and managing it closely.

We develop client teams to work jointly on all projects. Project teams meet regularly for design review. We practice direct, open communication to help drive the project management system. The technical team is lead by Bill Johnson, our founder and Chief Engineering Officer.

Through our well-defined procedures, accurate control systems, and thorough job tracking reports, we keep you informed of progress and let you know immediately when any potential roadblocks appear. The business and management efforts are lead by Buzz DiMartino, our President.

We make sure to communicate extensively at the hand-off of each phase, eliminating gaps that can occur when a product travels through the multiple departments of larger engineering firms. Our design process outlines the full development cycle for New Product Development.
